We can talk through detached units, garage conversions, attached additions, JADUs, the state of your drawings, bid comparison, and construction planning.

We do not confirm permit approval, final price, schedule, or utility capacity during an introductory call. Those answers depend on documents, investigation, agency review, and a defined agreement.
