Site and access
We study how excavation, concrete, framing, equipment, and debris move through the property.
Company note · About
We help homeowners plan and build site-built ADUs in Fullerton. Our team brings 10+ years of residential construction experience to the details that decide whether a plan works in the field.
01 · What we do
An ADU project happens on an occupied residential property. The main home, yard, driveway, neighbors, utilities, and household routine stay part of the job from the first site conversation through final cleanup.
We work on detached backyard ADUs, garage conversions, attached ADUs, and JADUs. Early work includes reviewing the property, understanding the homeowner’s goal, identifying site and utility questions, and developing a scope that connects the drawings to construction.
02 · 10+ years in residential construction
Residential work rarely starts with a blank site. Existing slabs are not always level, old walls may differ from the plans, utility routes can cross finished yards, and access may be narrower than equipment needs. We look for those conditions before they become a rushed field decision.
We study how excavation, concrete, framing, equipment, and debris move through the property.
Conversions and additions require careful tie-ins, selective demolition, weatherproofing, and protection of occupied rooms.
We connect the current drawing set to inclusions, exclusions, allowances, finish choices, and work by others.
Inspections, trade handoffs, service interruptions, changes, correction work, and closeout need clear ownership.
Years in construction do not replace investigation or guarantee an outcome. They help the team recognize which questions deserve an answer before the owner signs a contract or the crew opens the site.
03 · Evidence and limits
This website does not claim a Fullerton office address, license number, awards, review score, project count, or public portfolio that has not been independently verified for this brand. Architectural visuals illustrate design ideas and are not used as proof of construction work.
Permit approval, utility capacity, final price, and schedule depend on the individual property, current documents, agency decisions, selected materials, and the construction agreement. We direct homeowners to City, California HCD, and CSLB sources so they can check important information themselves.
04 · Start with the property
Bring the address, intended use, photos, and any survey, permit record, plan set, or City correspondence you have. Tell us which parts of the house or yard must keep working during construction and which decisions matter most to the household.
Call (714) 515-6245. We can discuss where the project stands, what still needs to be checked, and how to prepare for a more useful construction estimate.
Plan the next visit
We can review where the idea stands, what the crew would need to reach, and which unanswered items could move the price.
